welist operates as an online marketplace that connects ticket sellers with buyers. Our platform facilitates the resale of event tickets including but not limited to:

- Theater and comedy show tickets
- Conference and convention tickets
- Other entertainment and event tickets
We provide instant payout processing, inventory management tools, and secure delivery services to facilitate ticket transactions between users.
To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
When listing tickets for sale on welist, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the lawful owner of the tickets
- The tickets are authentic and valid
- You have the right to sell the tickets
- All listing information is accurate and complete
- You will deliver tickets as promised upon sale
We charge a flat-rate fee for our services, which includes payment processing, platform maintenance, and customer support. Fee structures are clearly displayed before listing confirmation.
Upon successful sale, payments are processed instantly to your designated account, subject to verification and fraud prevention measures.
When purchasing tickets through welist:
- All sales are final unless tickets are invalid or fraudulent
- Delivery methods and timelines are specified at time of purchase
- Digital tickets are delivered electronically via email or app
- Physical tickets may be shipped or available for pickup
- We facilitate delivery but are not responsible for seller compliance
If you encounter issues with ticket delivery or validity, contact our support team immediately for assistance and potential resolution.
Users are prohibited from:
- Listing counterfeit, invalid, or stolen tickets
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Manipulating prices through coordinated activity
- Using automated systems to bulk purchase tickets
- Violating venue or event organizer terms
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Attempting to circumvent our security measures
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.
welist operates on a flat-rate fee structure for transparency and predictability:
- Seller fees are clearly disclosed before listing confirmation
- Buyer fees, if any, are shown at checkout
- Payment processing is handled securely through verified providers
- Instant payouts are subject to verification and fraud prevention
- Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
We reserve the right to hold payments for verification purposes and to prevent fraudulent transactions.
The welist platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our platform code or design
- Use our trademarks or branding without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
- Create derivative works based on our platform
welist provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding:
- Ticket authenticity or validity (seller responsibility)
- Event cancellation or changes
- Venue policies or restrictions
- Continuous platform availability
- Specific financial outcomes from sales
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers, though we may assist in resolution efforts.
In case of disputes:
- Contact our support team first for mediation assistance
- We may hold funds pending dispute resolution
- Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration
- Users waive rights to class action lawsuits
- Applicable law and jurisdiction as specified below apply
